• Admission form: full name, guardian's name, date of birth, National ID or birth registration number, phone number, email (optional), address, chosen course, and photo (optional).
• Trainer applications: name, phone number, email (optional), position applied for, years of experience, and CV.
• Contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), and your message.
• Result lookup: roll/registration number and date of birth — used only to find your result.
• Technical information: to keep the website secure and running, our server may automatically log basic details such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit.

2. How we use your information

• To review and process admission applications and contact you about them.
• To run training, exams, results, and certification.
• To evaluate applications for trainer positions.
• To reply to your questions and messages.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse such as spam.

We never sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We only use cookies that are necessary for the website to work — such as a session cookie and a form-protection (CSRF) cookie. A small setting is saved in your browser to remember your preferred language (Bangla/English). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Third-party services

Some pages include services from other companies, whose own privacy policies apply:

• YouTube: gallery videos are shown in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube may receive data only once you play a video.
• Google Maps: used on the Contact page to show our location.

Your information is only accessible to authorized staff of the organization. We do not share it with anyone except:

• With the relevant government or accrediting authorities, only as far as needed for training registration, exams, or certification.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Student admission, result, and certificate records may be kept for a long time so they can be verified in the future. Messages and applications that are no longer needed are deleted after a reasonable period.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information — such as a password-protected admin panel, restricted access, and spam protection on forms. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You can contact us to see the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. We will act on your request as quickly as possible, except for records we are required to keep for legal or administrative reasons (such as certificate records).

9. Information about minors

Many of our students may be under 18, which is why the admission form asks for guardian details. Applicants under 18 should fill in forms with their guardian's knowledge and consent.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will change.
